This project was particularly interesting for PatientWay. It gave us the opportunity to work with a very modern hospital, and for our kiosk to be ‘front and center’ within their lobby. Also notable was that it was the hospital foundation – funded primarily by Scotiabank – that drove this project forward.

Every project allows us to expand the capabilities of our software and our products. For North York, it was the first full deployment of our V2 Wayfinding software. We are very pleased with the result – the kiosks are easier to use, full of bold and bright colours that attract users, operate in many languages and are designed to give everybody a pleasant ‘kiosk experience’. We are now in the process of deploying this same software in Southlake (Newmarket, ON) and in the new Critical Care Tower of Surrey Memorial in BC. Watch this space!
